VOUCHER ORDERS
Voucher orders are sent First Class via Royal Mail and are usually posted within 24 hours (on business days). If your order is time-sensitive, we may be able send an electronic voucher via email in place of a physical voucher - please contact our team via hello@masaj.me for more information. Please note that we are currently unable to ship outside of the UK.
E-VOUCHERS
MASAJ E-Vouchers are available instantly via our booking partner Fresha - simply select the value of your Voucher and receive it instantly to the inbox of your choice.
EXPIRY
All MASAJ Vouchers are valid for 6 months from the date of shipment, with the expiry date shown clearly on each Voucher card.
GIFTING
Is your order a gift? If so, you can add a gift message to your order during checkout - we’ll hand-write your message on simple but beautiful card. Make your message extra special by adding a limited edition MASAJ x Sophie Bansal postcard or MASAJ x Martha Smith card to your order for your message.

IN-STORE PURCHASES
A selection of Vouchers are available to purchase in-store before or after your treatment. Please note, we cannot accept cash payments in-store, but accept all major credit and debit cards. Our Studios are open from 8.00am - 9.00pm for on-the-spot Voucher purchases.
