Terms & Conditions

To ensure the best experience for all our clients, we ask you to review the following guidelines for our MASAJ loyalty program

  • Membership Bookings: Treatments booked using a membership package are eligible to earn loyalty points; you’ll receive points based on the final amount paid after any discounts have been applied.

  • Account Holder Only: Points and rewards can only be earned and redeemed by the account holder.

  • No Sharing or Transfers: Loyalty points and rewards cannot be split between guests or gifted to others.

  • Couples Duo/Pair Treatments: For bookings involving two guests, points are awarded to the person who made the booking or whose account the booking was made under.

  • Solo Treatment Redemptions: Loyalty rewards can be redeemed exclusively for solo treatments. Unless the reward specifically states it is for duo/pair treatment.

  • Completed Appointments Only: Points are awarded for completed treatments only. No-shows or cancellations are not eligible for points. No points will be awarded against the deposit or full payment.

  • Refunded Appointments: If a completed treatment is refunded, you’ll still retain the points earned from it.

  • Promotional Offers: Points can be earned in conjunction with promotional offers; you’ll receive points based on the final amount paid after any discounts have been applied.

  • Previous Appointments: Treatments completed prior to the launch of our loyalty program are not eligible for retrospective point allocation.

  • Partner perks are seasonal and subject to change. To redeem partner offers, you must be a loyalty cardholder, and the offer must still be valid at the time of redemption.

  • MASAJ reserves the right to make changes to its loyalty card program at any time. Those changes may be in the nature of the rewards which are made available or their expiry dates. MASAJ also reserves the right to cancel the program at any time (in which case all existing rewards may be cancelled).
