Memberships are designed to be personal and non-transferable. Each membership is linked to a specific Guest, and treatments can only be booked for the registered member. This ensures that we can provide a consistent, personalised experience for each of our valued members.

Yes, you can use your membership for a Pair / Duo session, but with a caveat. The membership benefits will only apply to the registered member's portion of the session. The second guest will need to pay for their part of the session separately. We recommend contacting our customer service team for assistance in booking these special sessions to ensure everything is arranged correctly.

We offer flexibility with our memberships while also encouraging guests to build a relationship with their preferred location. When joining our Membership programme, you'll select your primary Studio. However, you're welcome to redeem your sessions at any of our flagship Studios.
