  • Regarding parking, MASAJ Shoreditch just a 5-min walk from Shoreditch High Street Overground station and Old Street Station, a 10-min walk from Liverpool Street station, where parking facilities are limited. If you’re travelling by car, nearby paid parking options are available, and you can use services like the RingGo app to find and pay for parking spaces. For bicycles or scooters, we suggest using designated public parking areas in the vicinity, as we do not have on-site parking facilities.

  • Yes, to book a specific therapist, please clearly state your preference via email, over the phone, or by selecting the therapist in our online booking system. If you’ve already made a booking without specifying a therapist, you’ll need to inform us within the 48-hour reschedule/cancellation period to make changes.

  • Yes, transfers are possible within the 48-hour cancellation/reschedule period. Please note that deposits cannot be transferred between studios. Instead, you’ll receive a refund, and a new deposit request will be sent for the new booking.

  • Yes, you can leave bags or suitcases in designated areas. However, please note these items are left at your own risk.
