Our original Studios are based at 10 Charlotte Road in the heart of Shoreditch, and can be easily accessed via public transport, with Liverpool Street, Old Street and Shoreditch High Street stations less than a 10 Minute walk away.

Our Shoreditch Studios are open for treatments from 8.00am - 9.30pm, seven days per week.

If your enquiry is urgent, or you’d prefer to speak to someone on the phone - you can call our team on 0204 511 3384 - this is the best way to get in touch if you’d like to book a last-minute treatment, or to let us know if you’re running late for your appointment.

We’ve made efforts to create a site which is accessible and comfortable for our community of clients - including designing the space to include extra wide corridors and doorways.

Our massage tables are extra-wide and extra soft, to ensure comfort for a range of different body shapes, and can accommodate a weight of up to 600lb (43 stone).

There is a small step of 1.5 inches from the pavement into the Studios as you enter, but the rest of the space is situated on one ground floor level, with no steps or stairs within the space itself.

Our full range of Treatment options are available at each MASAJ Studio - including PAIR / Couples Treatments, which are currently available at weekends only, and are in high demand, so we advise booking at least 1 week in advance to avoid disappointment.

You can indeed! Simply book at the same time — there are two options here. If you are looking to have a treatment at the same time in the same room as someone, book the ‘Pair’ treatment on our menu. If you are looking to have a treatment at the same time, but in different rooms, book the Duo treatment, which you can also find on our menu.

Absolutely! Our Studios are open for walk-in purchases and appointment bookings from 8.00am - 9.00pm, seven days per week. If you’re working with a tight timeline, we suggest emailing our Team in advance of your visit, so that we can prepare a Voucher in advance for you to pick up.

We do not have a dedicated space for bikes or scooters on site unfortunately, so we ask that you please lock up your bike at the public racks around the corner from our Studios, on the west side of Rivington Street (next to Bottega Prelibato). We do not have any space for bikes on site, so please be sure to make time to park it nearby before your appointment.

If you are travelling to us by car, you can pay to park in a visitor parking bay - the nearest to our Studios are on Hoxton Square (2mins walk) and can be paid for at a pay machine or using the Ringgo app.
